If you are considering selling any Collins, Drake, Hammarlund, or National equipment, please let us know. We can make you an offer after receiving enough information to ascertain the equipments' true condition. Helping us determine this will require some work on your part. You are the only source of this needed information. Please email the following four items of information about your equipment.

1. Your Rating of Condition

Using the this standard grading criteria, provide us YOUR rating of each piece of equipment. We will also need some pictures and some history of the equipment.

2. Pictures

If you can, send us the following pictures of EACH piece of equipment:

Front panel

Top of cabinet

Bottom of cabinet

Top of equipment chassis with cabinet or cover removed

Bottom of equipment chassis with cabinet or cover removed

It will be more convenient for you to use a digital camera for this purpose. Once you have done the photography, you will be ready to email us. Here are some photography guidelines:

Be sure that your picture resolution is as high a possible, so details will show up.

Be sure to use adequate lighting, so important details are visible.

Be sure the pictures are in focus; use a tripod if needed.

Get close enough to the equipment so it "fills" the picture.

You are encouraged to use compression conventions on your pictures (ZIP, etc.) to reduce file size for emailing.

If you do not have a digital camera, use a 35mm film camera and mail the pictures to K4ICL.com, 139 Turner Circle, Greenville SC 29609.

3. History

List any known problems or issues with the equipment.

Will it power up OK? Is performance up to specifications? If not, do you know why not?

How it been in long-term storage? If yes, what storage environment?

Is there any damage to the equipment? Is it shown in your pictures?

Do you know of any parts that have failed or are missing?

Have any modifications been done to it?

Have any extra non-factory holes been drilled or made in any part of the unit?

From what you know about the equipment, what repairs are needed to bring it up to factory specifications right now?

4. What comes with it?

Please indicate what accessories, if any, will come with the equipment. Manual? Power cord? Calibration unit? Interconnect cables? Factory shipping box? Etc.

5. What do you want for it?

We DO NOT make offers on solicited equipment sales. If you do not know how much you want for your equipment, you are not ready to sell it. When you decide, please include the selling price with your offer.
