A little bit of history. These receivers were produced by Watkins-Johnson for several governmental agencies. Later, CEI purchased Watkins-Johnson, continuing to supply the receivers.  This particular receiver cost $6,240 equipped with the marker option for the spectrum display unit.  This model receiver was used in the infamous Watergate Operations during the Nixon Administration to monitor a bug planted in the Watergate offices. [Note: The very last picture, below, is the FBI picture of the actual receiver used by the infamous "Plumbers Crew" involved with the Watergate scandal. Notice that the name plate has been removed.]

This particular receiver is in good condition and is fully functional, ready to use.
